Foods which are contain carbohydrate for example the rice, potato, sweet potato, etc. For some country, those foods become the main food for them. in Indonesia take an example, the main food is the rice, meanwhile in Japan, the main food is the potato. As we know that our body needs the carbohydrate to grow our body.
Unfortunately if we consume too many carbohydrates, there will be problem. The problem such as our body will be fat. Nobody wants it happen to them. Therefore, we must be careful in choosing the foods we want to eat, never combining the rice and the potato, as it has been mentioned earlier before that those two foods contain only carbohydrate. For some people, when they don’t want to be fat, they do the carb diets. Have you ever heard about the carb diets before? The carb diets means the person will not consume the foods which contain the carbohydrate. In the carb diets they must change the main food with something else, on one condition that the food must not contain the carb at all. The carb diets is almost the same with vegetarian, as we know that the vegetarian does not consume the meat, the fish, etc. so as the carb diets, the person will not consume the food which contain the carb.
In addition, when someone decides to do the carb diets, he must be careful in choosing the food he eats. The foods must be able to replace the carbohydrate that is not containing in the foods he eats. When he does the carb diets, he must know what kinds of foods he eats, what the foods contain. In addition, he must also know the replacement foods which are expected to replace the carbohydrate in his body. If he doesn’t know the kinds of foods he eats, whether they contain the carb or not, he can’t start to do the carb diets. Therefore, please make sure that one really understand about the foods he eats. Besides, he must also know the foods which can be consumed as the replacement for for the carb.
