Therefore, it is suggested that you create your own healthy recipe for you so that the energy you need will be created in your body. It is not difficult at all in creating the healthy recipe.
What you need to know when you want to create your own healthy recipe that you must know all kinds of food you want to eat and what is the vitamin included in the food. For example, in rice, there are many carbohydrates in it. Therefore, never include potato and rice in your healthy recipe because both contain the same carbohydrate, and it will not be effective in your healthy recipe. Carbohydrates only 10% of your daily calorie intake. Eat plenty of vegetables and protein according to what’s allowed in chosen low carb diets in your healthy recipe.
In creating the healthy recipe, you must also pay attention to the portion. You must not eat in big portion, it will be helpful for your healthy recipe if you medium portion only. Besides, you must include fruit in your healthy recipe. It is because fruit will be useful in your healthy recipe. In addition, in fruit, there is vitamin which is not included in another food so it will make your healthy recipe even better.
In order to make you not feel bored with your own healthy recipe, you should create it for a week. For example, in your healthy recipe for Monday, it must be different from the healthy recipe for Tuesday.
And also in your healthy recipe you must change the fruit every day. You’ll never get bored with your own healthy recipe if you do so.
